This fifth floor luxury condo in Cozumel, Mexico is 2600 square feet with 3 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths, spacious state-of-the-art kitchen, granite countertops throughout, laundry room with washer and dryer, and private storage room. It offers a sundeck, beach and gardens, and infinity pool. It is across the street from the golf course and has a view of the largest barrier reef in the northern hemisphere that sits right outside the balcony.

Located in Cozumel's most prestigious addresses and is home to sixteen luxurious oceanfront tower residences. We are located on the quiet streets & calm waters of the North Shore of Cozumel.  Designed by award-winning architect, Jorge Carlos Zoreda, the condo contains superior finishes, a well thought-out floor plan and spectacular ocean views.  Join in a variety of tourist excursions from scuba diving to world class snorkeling to beautiful beaches, the San Gervasio Mayan Ruins, museums, shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

The owners detailed this unit with an island decor, displaying many interesting pieces from local artists.

The large balcony provides an incredible view of cruise ships sailing into port.  After enjoying a beautiful sunset, you will find peace in the night lights of the mainland and downtown San Miguel.

There is an ocean ladder for easy access to the water where you will be able to enjoy the great snorkeling just offshore.
